Figures are recorded project snapshots from August 2026, not current store totals. The export, customer-role query, and WordPress user count cover different record sets. The 153 figure counts customers with order history, not orders.
The Starting Point: A Store That Needed Cleanup and Reliable Support
SynthTag sells temporary vehicle-tag products through WordPress and WooCommerce. Its product funnels shared the same customer accounts, orders, and checkout, so the project needed to account for the entire store.
The customer records contained a large volume of accounts without order history. At the same time, owner John Simon was spending too much time managing security, hosting, functionality, and payment-processing problems.
Zindex brought the migration and technical work into one support relationship, with account cleanup and security work alongside the store’s day-to-day needs.
What We Worked On
Review Accounts Before Cleanup
Reviewed 21,339 customer records and checked order history before identifying 20,798 customer-role accounts with no associated WooCommerce orders.
Clean Up the Account List
Carried out account cleanup. A later WordPress snapshot recorded 545 remaining users. Customer exports and WordPress user counts represent different record sets.
Migrate and Improve the Store
Handled the migration and addressed security and functionality issues. John’s review credits Zindex with helping get payment processing back on track.
Support Business Operations
Continued supporting checkout and connected business tools after the migration. A later project record confirmed a successfully paid live order.
What Changed for the Business
Before: A cluttered account list and repeated website issues kept pulling the owner into technical work.
After: The project recorded a substantially smaller WordPress user list, a completed website migration, and client-reported improvements to security, functionality, and payment processing.
John’s most important result was having more time to run his business. His review describes a team that identified underlying problems, followed through, and kept the website work moving.
“They Have Allowed Me to Get Back to Doing What I Do Best”
“They handled the website migration, addressed security vulnerabilities, improved functionality, and helped get my payment processing back on track.”
John Simon, SynthTag
In his public review, John describes spending less time putting out website fires and more time running his business.
What This Means for Your WordPress Website
